Energy Saving Agreements

An Energy Saving Agreement is just what your system needs.  We know how busy you are.  With an ESA we will notify you by mail and/or phone and let you that it is time to have your heating and cooling system tuned up and schedule a visit that is convenient for you.  You will receive a 15% discount on the up front price repair.  You will never be charged for an after hour diagnosis fee.  You can sign up for one, two or three years.  You tailor the ESA to you.  An ESA can help reduce the inconvenient break downs and investment to repair.

Air Conditioning Tune-Up Procedures

• Ask owner if there have been any problems in the past.         
• Start and test system for operation.                                   
• Clean and adjust thermostat.
• Install gages and monitor operating pressures.
• Check refrigeration charge.
• Measure voltage and amperage to all motors with meter.
• Record evaporator temperature.
• Lubricate all moving parts, when equipped with oil cups.
• Inspect indoor blower motor and wheel (clean if necessary, at an additional charge).
• Inspect filters.
• If system is equipped with a humidifier, set humidistat to "off" and damper to the close for summer position. 
• Inspect electrical safety controls.
• Inspect starting contactor.
• Inspect electrical connections.
• Inspect condensate drain.                                                                              
• Hose off outdoor coil.
• Chemically wash outdoor coil (if necessary, at an additional charge).
• Inspect condenser fan motor and fan blade.
• Clean out bottom of unit (if accessible).
• Restart unit.
• Double check refrigerant levels (refill if necessary, at an additional charge).
• Double check voltage and amperage to all motors with meter.
• Report any required repairs to you and with your authorization, we can make the correct repairs.
